리온필라테스의 레슨은 진정한 필라테스의 기본 원리에 입각한 차팅 시스템을 기반으로 회원의 현 상태를 정확하게 파악한 후 진행됩니다
회원에 대한 정확한 정보가 없는 레슨은 운동효과 뿐만 아니라 회원의 운동만족도 역시 떨어지게 하므로 개개인의 생활패턴, 체형, 근육의 움직임, 운동 능력 등을 바탕으로 운동 목적을 설정한 후 레슨을 구성합니다.
